Most people would have heard of the growing trend of Cat Cafes but TrueLove at Neverland Husky Cafe is so much more up our ally. The Husky Cafe is managed by former Thai Husky breeders and there are around 20 Huskies as well as a few Akitas, Australian Shepards and one small fluffy pup.
Camping with your dog in Kaitoke Regional Park is a great summer activity, and if camping isn't your thing, the park is only 45 minutes from Wellington so it's an easy day trip with plenty of dog walking possibilities.
We love Mount Kaukau! It's one of our favourite spots in Wellington and Willow and Josh are lucky enough to live next to one of the track entrances so it's their local walking spot.

We had the best Waitangi Weekend, full of adventure, sun and swimming. One of the highlights was a walk I did with Indy and some Husky friends along the Eastern Walkway.  I can't believe I'd never explored this beautiful part of Wellington before!
